PawtyArt products are custom digital files. No physical print, frame, canvas, or other item will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Your first preview
Pay US$10 per artwork to start. You can provide reference photos before or after checkout. Before work begins, we confirm your usable reference photos, subjects, selected artworks, full total and remaining balance. Your first preview typically arrives within 24 hours after these details are confirmed.
Approval and final delivery
Review your preview and reply with your approval or requested changes. Once you approve the artwork, we send a secure payment link for your confirmed remaining balance. After that payment is received, we email your approved, high-resolution digital files. The first-preview timeline is not a promise of final delivery within 24 hours; final delivery depends on your feedback, any revisions and payment.
What may delay an order
Delivery may be delayed when reference photos are unclear or unsuitable, order details are incomplete, the requested scope changes, or we are waiting for your reply, approval or balance payment. We will contact you at the email address used for checkout if we need more information.
How files are delivered
After you approve the artwork and pay the remaining balance, your high-resolution digital artwork will be sent as an email attachment to the checkout email address. Please check spam and promotions folders. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access to it.
Delivery issues
If your first preview has not arrived within 24 hours of confirmation, your approved final files have not arrived after balance payment, or a file is damaged or inaccessible, email hello@pawtyart.com with your order number. We will resend or replace the file where appropriate.
File storage
Please download and safely back up your final file. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting or replacement availability after the order-support period.
