Pawty-Art products are custom digital files. No physical print, frame, canvas, or other item will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Production time
Standard production is 1–3 business days. The timeline begins after payment is confirmed and we have received usable reference photos and complete order instructions. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
What may delay an order
Delivery may be delayed when reference photos are unclear or unsuitable, order details are incomplete, additional subjects were not purchased, or we are waiting for your reply or approval. We will contact you at the email address used for checkout if we need more information.
How files are delivered
Your high-resolution digital artwork will be sent to the checkout email address or through a secure download link. Please check spam and promotions folders. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access to it.
Delivery issues
If your file has not arrived after the stated production period, or a download is damaged or inaccessible, email hello@pawtyart.com with your order number. We will resend or replace the file where appropriate.
File storage
Please download and safely back up your final file. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting or replacement availability after the order-support period.
