This Privacy Policy explains how Pawty-Art collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit pawtyart.com, communicate with us, upload reference photos, or place an order. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Information we collect

Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, billing details, order selections, and communications.
Reference photos and other files, notes, names, or instructions you submit for portrait creation.
Payment and transaction information processed by Shopify and payment providers. Pawty-Art does not receive complete payment-card numbers.
Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, and interaction with the site.

How we use information

We use information to process payment; create, review, revise, and deliver your portrait; communicate about your order; provide support; prevent fraud; maintain the site; comply with law; and, where permitted, send marketing communications you can unsubscribe from.

Reference photos and finished artwork

Customer photos and finished portraits are private by default. We do not post, advertise, display in a portfolio, or share them publicly without your separate affirmative permission. We do not use customer materials to train our own or public-facing general-purpose AI models. We may use carefully selected service providers to process files only as needed to create and deliver the order, subject to their applicable privacy and security terms.

We retain uploaded reference files only as long as reasonably necessary to produce the artwork, provide revisions and support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We ordinarily aim to remove production copies within 90 days after order completion, although limited backup or transaction records may remain longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

How we share information

We may share information with Shopify, payment processors, hosting and storage providers, production tools, analytics providers, customer-support providers, and professional advisers only for legitimate business purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell customer reference photos or finished portraits.

Cookies and privacy choices

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics, personalization, and advertising where permitted. You can use the cookie-preference controls presented on the site and visit Your Privacy Choices where available.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an opt-out from certain sharing or targeted advertising. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also unsubscribe from marketing while continuing to receive order-related messages.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under the age at which they may independently consent to data processing. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

Security and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
