One free minor revision
Each order includes one round of minor revisions at no additional charge. Please send one consolidated list of requested changes within 7 calendar days after delivery.
What counts as a minor revision
Minor revisions may include reasonable adjustments to color, small local details, or light refinements that remain consistent with the original order, reference photos, subjects, portrait type, and creative direction.
What is not a minor revision
The free revision does not include replacing reference photos, adding or replacing a person or pet, changing the portrait type, materially changing the composition or pose, requesting a new creative direction, or rebuilding the artwork after previously approved instructions. These changes may require an additional fee or a new order.
Timing and additional work
We normally complete an eligible minor revision within 1–3 business days. Requests received more than 7 days after delivery, additional revision rounds, or out-of-scope changes may be declined or quoted separately. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the order is considered complete.
