These Terms govern your use of pawtyart.com and purchases from Pawty-Art. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies.

Our service

Pawty-Art creates custom digital portraits from customer-supplied reference photos. No physical product is included unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Pricing is based on the number of subjects shown at checkout; one person or one pet counts as one subject.

Orders and customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate order information, a working email address, suitable reference photos, and timely responses to questions. You represent that you own or have permission to use every image and instruction you submit, including permission from relevant rights holders and people depicted where required.

We may reject or cancel an order that is unlawful, abusive, technically unsuitable, infringes another person's rights, or cannot reasonably be completed. If we cancel before delivery for reasons not caused by your breach, we will refund the applicable amount.

Production, delivery, revisions, and refunds

Production normally takes 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of usable photos and complete instructions. Delays caused by missing information, unsuitable photos, or late customer responses extend the timeline. Our Digital Delivery Policy, Revision Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.

License to customer

After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal social posts, gifts, and personal printing. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute the source or high-resolution file, mint it as an NFT, use it in merchandise for sale, or use it for commercial advertising without our prior written permission.

Customer materials and privacy

You grant Pawty-Art a limited license to copy, process, edit, and transform submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to fulfill, support, and protect your order. We do not publish customer photos or finished portraits without separate, affirmative permission. See our Copyright & Photo Authorization Policy and Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or service to submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content; interfere with site security; or violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

Service availability and liability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pawty-Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
