Copyright & Photo Authorization

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Your authority to submit photos

By uploading a photo or other material, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions reasonably necessary for Pawty-Art to use it to fulfill your order. This includes permission from the photographer or other copyright owner and, where required, consent relating to people shown in the image.

Do not upload stolen images, unauthorized professional photography, celebrity or private-person images you have no right to use, or material that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Limited production permission

You grant Pawty-Art a limited, non-exclusive permission to copy, crop, edit, process, transform, and temporarily store submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to create, revise, deliver, support, and protect your order.

Private by default

We do not publish customer photos or finished portraits in our gallery, advertising, social media, portfolio, or other public channels unless you separately and affirmatively agree. Purchasing from us is not consent to public display.

Your personal-use license

After full payment, you may use the delivered portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal social posts, gifts, and personal printing. You may not resell the digital file, sublicense it, claim authorship of production work, create commercial merchandise, use it in paid advertising, or mint it as an NFT without prior written commercial permission.

Infringement concerns

We may suspend or cancel an order if we reasonably believe submitted material infringes another person's rights. To report a concern, contact hello@pawtyart.com with the relevant order or content details and evidence of your rights.
